Reflection • While completing this project, I realized it is imperative that technology coaches possess the research, organizational, and presentation skills necessary to recommend the integration of emerging technology after selecting and evaluating it. • This experience strengthened my ability to step back and look at the ‘big picture’. For equity purposes, I wanted to choose technology that could be used in most teaching environments. I also had to consider the district’s existing technological resources that are necessary for this combination to be fully operable. Finally, I had to communicate my research and recommendations in a clear and professional manner. “Follow effective action with quiet reflection. From the quiet reflection will come even more effective action.” – Peter Drucker
