  8. A survey of 826 LGBTTIQ individuals revealed that 57% of bisexual & 73% of transgender persons had disclosed their sexual identity to their regular health care provider(Pink Triangle Services, 2001; CHR, 2008) www.mtroyal.ca/positivespace respect for sexual orientation and gender diversity
