  2. Unit of Schools in Rogów The Unit of Schools in Rogów - consists of Marshal’s Józef Piłsudski Primary School and Junior High School - is a traditional Polish school but it does not mean that we are not modern – we try to use ICT in our everyday school life.

  3. Unit of Schools in Rogów The turning point was when the school got a camcorder. Since then the members of WebBusters Circle have been filming all the interesting events, make films, which – at the beginning – were put on www.youtube.pl and now we have created our own film base on our server.

  4. Unit of Schools in Rogów Now we have got some successes: A short film that you can find on DVD, a film which promoted our school on an international e-twinning conference in Prague, and many others to be watched on www.tvwb.gimrogow.cal.pl

  6. Unit of Schools in Rogów Some students of our Junior High School have been creating a school website under my supervision [www.gimrogow.cal.pl] and it is systematically updated.

  7. Unit of Schools in Rogów • Some of the classes are led in a computer laboratory classroom. Software added to course books makes the lessons much more interesting and easy to understand. • Some teachers and the students very often use a laptop and a projector on the lessons.

Unit of Schools in Rogów ICT enables our students’ contacts and cooperation within e-twinning projects with colleagues from other European (and not only…) countries • Common Sky over Europe (mail, video, PowerPoint, www, Excel, forum, videoconference – Skype) • Our primary school English teacher’s project with Norway (PowerPoint, mail) • Polish – Chinese Language Project with Taiwan (film, PowerPoint, www)

  9. Unit of Schools in Rogów • The students use email to be in touch with some of the teachers and to send their homework. • They solve problems and get information from the teachers by the use of software to communicate – mainly Gadu Gadu (Chat Chat)

  10. Unit of Schools in Rogów A school forum created and managed by one of the school students is used by everybody to exchange comments on lessons, interests or teachers.
