  8. Mary Good THE PROGRAM: EWEPP provided opportunity to pilot a powerful D&I Initiative & experience first hand how Diversity can drive business success in an external context……

  9. Rana Akhal THE PROGRAM: Expectations; the program will provide a one coach oral advice and guidance to enhance business from distance and I’ll be left alone to translate advice to real tools. Reality: it created a complete shift in my business towards institutionalized & practical technical advice from my coach as well as a team of 7 other executives specialized in different areas to cover the key aspects of business foundations. (I was not expecting this scope of comprehensive technical advice and was not expecting my coach and the executive team of Pepsi to actually pull up their sleeves and get their hands dirty) The program filled a gap in providing one to one technical advice/support from a top performing corporate executives which is not available in Jordan. Owner of 60% shares, and Managing Director of Medal ltd. Medal ltd. A management consulting ltd company reg. 2007 locates in Jordan, operates projects in the MENA. Provides customised local solutions at International Standards in B.A &O.D

  12. Must Win Battles - Commercial Strategy Redefined overall Business Strategy with particular focus on growing the Private/Corporate Sector. Commercial Streamlined Product Portfolio to focus on 2 Business categories (Business advisory and Organizational development) & split for Private and Public sector. Redesigned look & contents of Company Brochure resulting in a customised 6 page Brochure. Supported the change in Company Logo to a more dynamic; inspirational one.

  13. Must Win Battles - HR HR strategy Organisational Structure redesigned based on current/future needs. Supporting the recruitment of new employees to fill the current capability gaps. Training Strategy changed in terms of the fields covered & the Pool of trainers used.

  14. Must Win Battles - Financial Pricing & P&L management Developed a Pricing Model to bring more structure to developing quotations and client contracts. Re-structuring Training Costs based on market trends.

Perspectives • Next steps for Medal ltd. • Fulfil the organizational structure needs (recruit key technical staff) • Develop the products; standard and customized so they are medal ownership and its figure print in the market • Promote the new portfolio mainly with private sector • Start exporting services through a systematic approach • Potential customers through TGF & PepsiCo • A prominent bank in Jordan (Big Corporate level) • PepsiCo - Jordan • My perspectives as an executive. • I believe that the areas which has been developed through the coaching program are basically the anchors of business growth without them the business sustainability depends purely on endless hard work and luck • What is going to lead my business now is the will to alleviate and build on these anchors. the required concrete steps forward.
