  12. What Should You Do? • Participate in Development of State and MPO Plans • Request to Be Included on Plan Mailing Lists • Formally Request Participation in the Process • Review the Proposed Long-Range Plan • Provide Timely Review and Comment

  13. How Can You Be Effective? • Provide Agency Plans to the State/MPO • Use Agency Plans and Policies as Basis for Providing Recommendations • Identify Facilities and Corridors That Would Help Your Agency If Improved • Identify Policies That Your Agency Would Like Modified or Added
