  2. Romy Minko is a Research Analyst at Charter Keck Cramer, an Australia based property consulting firm known for providing excellent independent property advisory services. Charter Keck Cramer has been successfully operating for more than forty years and a huge clientele throughout the nation. Romy is proud to be a part of this established firm and wishes to make a significant contribution towards their growth and development.

  3. While serving as a Research Analyst at Charter Keck Cramer, Romy Minko handles multiple responsibilities. Her work includes, but is not limited to: • Writing Python scripts to access, clean and compile data from the web • Performing statistical analysis of data in Excel and Tableau • Researching into factors that may affect the property market in Australia, such as affordability metrics and the emerging middle class in countries, like China and India.

  4. Romy Minko has previously worked with Dan Murphy’s as a Customer Assistant. Here, she was responsible for performing the following tasks: • Handling financial transactions as a cashier • Providing product advice for customers • Addressing customer complaints • Liaising with visitors to the Head Office, and more

  5. Her other responsibilities at Dan Murphy’s included maintaining an organized and clean workplace, restocking and restructuring the store, and multi-tasking to be able to assist customers while taking care of other tasks.
