  2. System Overview Hiring Management System is a web based recruitment Management system through which a company fulfills the requirement of its client’s. This particular system works around business development officer (BDO), recruiter, employee/Consultant and vendor. Recruiters to search the applicant from different sources. And sometime recruiter takes help of the vendor, who provides the pool of resource to him. All resources detail are saved in the database. System will have its own Advance search Engine to search for resources from database and resume documents according to requirement. It will have internal communication system to interaction among BDO, Recruiter, and employee.

  7. Client Module Add Client - User can add client company from this menu item by providing client company detail and contract information. The contact person of client company get notification through email. Client List - Authorize user can view the client list from this menu item with their contact person and address. Client Managers - By selecting the client company from list box user can see the contact person’s detail.

  8. Requirement Module Requirement - Recruiter can publish new requirement by providing requirement detail from this menu item. Requirement List - Authorize user can see the active publish requirement from this menu item.User can also submit consultant against the requirement.From this menu recruiter can show the requirement to hiring managers and vendors. Requirement Action - From this menu item recruiter can change the status the Job.

  9. Requirement Module Contd… Evaluations - Authorize user can view the feed back given by interviewer for the consultant from this module. Interviewer Evaluation Interviewee

  10. Resource Module Add Resource - Hiring Manager can add new resource (Candidate/ Consultant) from here by providing resource general detail, technical detail and resume. The Candidate/Consultant get notification through email. Edit Resource - Hiring Manager can modify the resource information, attach new resume from this menu. Hot List - This Menu will give the list of all the consultants who are available and can join immediately.

  11. Resource Module Contd… Resource Action - From this Menu item Hiring Manager can change status the resources. Resources - Hiring Manager can see consultant list with their skills and other detail from here.

  12. Search Module Fix Interview - Hiring Manager can send notification to Interviewee and Interviewer for an interview which will have interview date and time. Interviewer will get an Evaluation Form along with notification. Search Consultant - User can search consultant/candidate on the basis of skills from here. Text Search - User can search consultant/candidate on the basis of text from here.

  13. Vendor Module Add Contact - From this menu item Hiring Managers can add contact person of vendor company. Contact List - By selecting the vendor company from list Hiring Manager can view contact person of vendor company with their contacts numbers and mail id Vendor - Hiring can add vendor company from this menu item by providing vendor company detail and contract information. The contact person of vendor company get notification through email. Vendor List - Authorize user can view the Vendor Company list from this menu item with their contact person and address.
