GRDG526 Language, Literacy, and Diversity in American Education

In this week's class, Dr. Gloria E. Jacobs will discuss historical perspectives on language, literacy, and diversity in American education. The agenda includes podcasts, videos, small group discussions, and analysis of the Metro Rochester fact analysis. The class will also explore inequities today and the prison-to-pipeline issue. Additionally, there will be a workshop on classroom analysis and a preview of the next class on language and culture.
