TARGET POPULATIONS • 65% of students at AC under prepared • Low skilled young adults between 16-26 seeking a GED • 1 out of 5 economically disadvantaged seniors did not graduate in 2010 • 60% of students at AC are identified at poverty • Refugees • Amarillo is one of 7 cities designated for refugee resettlement in Texas • Hispanic community • Increased from 15% in 1990 to 28.8% in 2010
