1. Concept of global politics. System of international relations. Theinternationalattitudesis setofallcommunicationsandtheattitudesactingon a worldsceneofthenationalstatesandinterstateassociations, social, economicandpoliticalforces, theorganizationsandmovements.
Global public policy and its variants have been defined by scholars in a range of ways. This section will not arrive at an exact definition, but will spell out the various attempts and issues within the terminology debate. It’s first important, however, to differentiate global public policy from “international public policy” or “international social policy” and other similar variants commonly invoked. As mentioned earlier, one of the reasons to examine this topic now is because there is ambiguity in what is meant by global public policy.
An agenda of global problems can be identified. Elements of an international policy process have been in place for at least several decades. Policies containing regulations and programs have been incorporated into treaties and resolutions.
Force of the state, its position in system of the international attitudes are caused with a lot of factors. Still recently was considered, that the main thing for this purpose is military power of the state. That circumstance, as now the analysis of world politics testifies to it is carried out with attraction of "military" terminology: «political approach», «political strategy», «political overweight», « the latent reserves» politicians, etc.
2. The tendency of development of modern international attitudes. The foreign policy is sphere of political activity, which major importance makes aspiration of the states to preservation of the sovereignty (i.e. political independence), to maintenance of national safety and territorial integrity. That creates favorable conditions for internal political, economic and social development of the country.
The successful decision of these problems in many respects is predetermined with real force of the state which develops of its economic and military potential, character of a state system, geographical position of the country, the size of territory, quantity of natural resources, a population, a level and rates of scientific and technical progress.
Today, the idea of international relations is the relationships and discourse between two or more key players of the international system. There are a multitude of examples, the US and China fighting over the lead content of toys, the EU deciding if Turkey should be a member and … At the beginning of the 21st century, research focused on issues such as terrorism, religious and ethnic conflict, the emergence of substate and nonstate entities, the spread of weapons of mass destruction and efforts to counter nuclear proliferation, and the development of international institutions.
