Developmental Disabilities Services Division Family Support Assistance Payment • for students under 18 years of age who have a developmental disability. This is a $250 monthly check if the family’s income qualifies. In-Home Support and Community Waivers • a program that considers the income of the person with the developmental disability for eligibility, rather than their family’s income. It is for any person over the age of 3 who has a developmental disability with an intellectual delay. This program can assist with in home supports and SoonerCare (Medicaid) eligibility.
