BAW - Was ist das? • BAW sind Biologisch Abbaubare Werkstoffe • BAWs können als Ersatzstoffe für Kunststoffe verwendet werden • BAWs können im Gegensatz zu Kunststoffen Bestandteil eines naturnahen Kreislaufs sein. • Schau dir nun das Plakat II.   8. 2. Verwendung der Kartoffel in der Industrie • Die Stärke der Kartoffel wird in der Industrie für: -Papier z.B. in Tageszeitungen/Pappe -Kleister/Leim -Baustoffe/Verpackungen -Waschpulver -Zahn-Pasta u.a. kosmetischen Produkten - Tabletten als Bindemittel, Träger- und Füllstoff eingesetzt.

  9. 3. Die Stärke in der Industrie • 45% der Stärke werden in der technischen Industrie verwendet. • 55% gehen in die Nahrungsindustrie. • In der technischen Industrie wird überwiegend Kartoffelstärke und in der Lebensmittelindustrie wird überwiegend Getreidestärke verwendet.
