  3. Why the administrations need to communicate? • Shorten the administrative services delivery terms • Fewer documents required for a service (most of them are automatically provided) • Implement inter-administration „One-stop-shop“ service model • Deliver on-line e-services

Implementation of “one-stop shop” All necessary documents for complex (integrated) service are provided by the Originating administration from its partners The Customer requests Integrated services from his local or most convenient administration. E-Region Gabrovo project developed and implemented the first in Bulgaria Document interchange infrastructure between Regional and Municipal administrations Based on this project in 2005 Municipality Gabrovo developed a project for Integrated administrative services, followed by municipalities Dryanovo and Tryavna in 2006

  21. Something often ignored All infrastructure developed should keep all the information exchanged long enough to ensure proper export to information systems of the Archives. Archive’s information and digital data storage systems should appear in near future

They are obliged to collect the data from the original administrator. Automatically generated notification The original data administrator sends automatically the data to all administrative bodies, which by the rule of law support this data and have declared their willingness to receive it.
