E-Region Gabrovo project developed and implemented the first in Bulgaria Document interchange infrastructure between Regional and Municipal administrations Based on this project in 2005 Municipality Gabrovo developed a project for Integrated administrative services, followed by municipalities Dryanovo and Tryavna in 2006
