SHORT TERM GOALS Students will: • Learn and collaborate through activity based learning. • Develop critical thinking by answering multiple questions. • Learn new skills with the use of 21st century approaches. • Learn to respect others' point of views. • Accept the changes by exploring new ideas and ways of learning. • Enhance creativity by observing their surrounding.

  3. LONG TERM GOAL Adopt 21st century approaches to enhance students’ creativity, vocabulary and comprehension skills of Urdu language using Revised Bloom’s Taxonomy.

USE OF REVISED BLOOM’S TAXONOMY AND 21st CENTURY APPROACHES • Identify essential skills as a 21st century skills. • Integrate skills in their lesson plan objectives. • List out the key highlights of students centered learning. • Promote higher order thinking. • Plan objectives on the basis of bloom taxonomy. • Create new methodology on the basis of 21st century approaches.

  9. To enable the students to use grammar concepts and vocabulary appropriately . To make students produce their imaginations and thoughts in writing. To make SWLD students perform up to the class level. Some times due to unexpected holidays planning can not be completed. Some times planning gets over before the time so how to manage the class . By adopting suitable methodologies and being a facilitator in the class. By inculcating reading habit and welcoming all views with positivity. By providing extra support and designing proper activities and assessments. Flexible planning and use of a back up plan. CHALLENGES/SOLUTIONS
