Authorisation • Inform the Relevant Academic Enterprise Officer (AEO) • Inform and seek support of your HOD • Finance MUST approve the budget • Peer review by Faculty director of research and a colleague with appropriate subject knowledge • Proposal signed off by a member of SMT • Inform your AEO of the outcome and any feedback
