Academic Calendar Available on the website • September 13 - 17 : zero week, one introductory class • September 17, 3 pm: Opening Ceremony • September 20 - December 10: fall semester October 11: study plan submission • January 10 – April 1: winter semester February 26: choose permanent supervisor, submit title of your research • April 4 – June 15: Spring session (one course is offered: Benoit) • April 11-15: comprehensive exams • April 28-30: presentation of your work at Annual Doctoral Conference – all departments are invited • June 10: prospectus submission • June 17, 20-22: prospectus defense
