Educators will learn to administer the Early Screening Inventory-Revised (ESI-R) to identify students needing further evaluation. This developmental screening tool helps spot children requiring school assistance. It is not a readiness or skills assessment, IQ test, or entrance exam. The ESI-R takes 15-20 minutes per student and must be done within 45 days of enrollment. This training covers establishing rapport, location selection, screening timing, using score sheets, calculating rounded ages, and completing the process. Participants will practice administering the ESI-P and ESI-K with practice questions provided.
