What can YOU do about it? • Stop blaming everyone and everything else • Be intentional– account for every minute of the day; when do you work best? • Plan ahead; emergencies will not derail you • Establish boundaries • Learn how to say NO gracefully • Prioritize (involve others if needed) • Take care of yourself • Have someone hold you accountable

Habit #3: Put first things first • Prioritize, plan, and execute Habit #4: THINK WIN-WIN • Genuinely strive for mutually beneficial solutions or agreements in your relationships
Habit #5: Seek first to understand, then to be understood • Use empathic listening • Create an atmosphere of caring, respect, and positive problem solving Habit #6: SYNERGIZE • Combine the strengths of others
Habit #7: Sharpen the saw • Take time for renewal, and plan it into your schedule!!
