Objectives of Scanning • Comparison of manual record with already fed record and action on the difference • Safety of record due to less physical handling. • Monitoring on timely arrival of manual dak and also no time lost in physical calling of record. • Less time required to open / view the record • Faster viewing to staff on their table. • Solution to  physical storage of record. • Better look to HO. • Better access to old records and also systematic storage. • Timely and systematically destroying of old records.

  13. Suggestion • DAK receiving & noted is a manual exercise. It takes time to locate which station’s & date’s DAK is missing. • Our team have suggestion that we can Computerised this system. • Any DAK comes will be immediately noted in computer through program. • We will get on spot & immediate report : • HOW MUCH DAK FROM STATION WE HAVE RECEIVED. • WHICH STATEMENT IS MISSING. • WHEN THE STATEMENT RECEIVED. • We will put up our suggestion to MD sir for approval. • It required Computer & small software. But it will solve our problem forever.
