  1. A pictorial walkthrough VIC 2010 SmartGuide Designed to meet the VRQA Guidelines

  2. After installing the VIC 2010 SmartGuide you will see the desktop icon for the program. Double click the icon to open the VIC 2010 SmartGuide .

  3. This is the Main Menu screen for the VIC 2010 SmartGuide. Lets look at the buttons at the bottom.

  4. Clicking the Logo button brings up this logo box. Here you load your organisations logo and name into the program.

  5. Opens a Word Help file detailing how the program works. If you have a problem or query clicking this will open a new email message for you to send to us. Closes the program down, make sure your work is saved first!

  6. Now we will select the Measure 1 button.

  7. This is the work form for the VRQA Measures. All text in the white boxes is editable. All content has been designed to fully address each BULLET POINT requirement within each Guideline requirement within each Measure. This amounts to 68 pages of guideline information for both RTO & ESOS, 136 pages in total!

  8. The first thing to notice is that there are two tabs at the top, one to cover the RTO Requirements and one to cover the Additional ESOS Requirements. The program will always open with the RTO Requirements tab on top.

  9. Use this control to navigate easily between each VRQA Measure.

  10. Using the Navigator to move easily between each bullet point requirement in each guideline and Measure.

  11. Double clicking the blue form name opens the example forms provided (24 specific forms included). Clicking the Link button allows you to link your forms to the program.

  12. There are two options for printing, select to print either the RTO Report or the ESOS Report. Only print out what is required.

  13. Clicking either print button takes you to the respective Print Preview window.

  14. The organisation name and logo you save into the program will show here when you print.

  15. You also have many print or export options available to use.
