Much room for improvement EUROCHAMBRES’ survey (January 2011) While some countries have advanced well over the past four years, several others lag behind significantly, particularly from an operational perspective. 'Unleashing cross-border services' report by BUSINESSEUROPE (January 2011) There is much room for improvement, in particular as regards the functioning and user-friendliness of the points of single contact. Some countries are lagging far behind and need to catch up.
