Issues to Address • HB 380- add 2 instructional days to the calendar for 187 days/1062 hours • CSIP due in November-Test scores released in late September • KTIP needs 140 instructional days before May 1 • Growth day at the beginning of the 2nd semester • MLK day Jan. 21 • 3 Full weeks before testing after spring break • Need a Growth day before testing to do training • Portfolio scoring in May-need 2 PG Days

Childcare Service • Model we “adopted” (Webster County) only provided the child-care service for one year. • We have for both years. The attendance has ranged from 2 to 6 students throughout the course of the year.
3 Recommendations: • Accept the calendar as presented • Include Bank Time as presented • Discontinue the Child Care service
