NET REVENUE from sales - PLN 158 365 k - (PLN 148 957 k in 2007) - increase by 6.32% NET PROFIT - PLN 11 463 k - (PLN 9 134 k in 2007) increase by 25.50% EBIT - PLN12 800 k - (PLN 10 641 k in 2007) increase by 20.29% CASH FLOW showed in the period decrease by the amount of PLN 7 452 k,with the status of cash at the end of the period PLN 11 811 k The most important financial as at 31st of December 2008 for ES-SYSTEM S.A.

  8. TheManagement Board of ES-SYSTEM S.A.applies to allocate the profit from the year 2008 in the amount of PLN 11 463 191.67 to the reserve capital. Management Board’s application in the matter of distribution of ES-SYSTEM profit
