Timeline May - August September 1 • PM - record “Outcomes,” “Results,” “Assessment Means” on CITT Website • Programs - Brainstorm Outcomes, Results, Assessment Means • Program Manager (PM) - Submit questions to Academic Assessment Officer (AAO) • Programs - Review results from previous year and incorporate changes into curriculum.
Timeline (CONTINUED) September 10 Fall Equinox (SEP 23) • AAO and IR will make sure that the Student Learning Outcomes get uploaded into the College Planning System • AAO - reviews all plans for completeness • AAO - begins review of content listed
Timeline (CONTINUED) November 30 January 5 • AAO sends email about any problems that they have had or help they may need • AAO sends reminder mass email to remind faculty to gather results for fall term students
Timeline (CONTINUED) April15 May 15 • PM - “Results” need to be gathered and inputted into the CITT System. • PM - “Use of the Results” need to be composed and inputted as well. • AAO sends reminder email about end of term results need to be entered into CITT
Timeline (CONTINUED) May 25 • AAO - reviews all Outcomes for all courses • AAO - compiles any lessons learned over entire body of course work
On-going Work • Faculty Centered: • Providing technical support • Providing assessment instrument support based on outcomes • Assisting with the utilization of analysis findings • Training on good assessment techniques
On-going Work (CONTINUED) • Non-faculty centered: • Performing maintenance on website • Ensuring upload of Outcomes to IR websites • Creating media illustrating results • Managing two-year program reports
