  3. Generation of Ideas In order to generate Ideas which can be transformed into business, we must be aware of the external and internal Environment, plus the needs and relevance of the stakeholders

Next Steps • After Tampere meetings, the partners agreed that they have to develop previous analysis in their Universities, in order to collect information about the external and internal environment in which the startup center will be implemented and developed. • The need for this analysis occurs due to adjustment and integration of the startup center in the possibilities and opportunities generated in the University and in the Community, which is needed to leverage the probability of success, means: • Generation of Good Ideas; • Support for “Go-to-Market” for the best Ideas • Economic Development of the Region

(list not extensive) • Demographic Data • Geographical Data • List of the Companies • Official Documents about Development and Strategy • Interviews with Regional Authorities • List of Universities and their Courses
