Crossborder Econveyancy: Mutual Recognition & Simplification

This crobeco project pilot aims to make crossborder econveyancy possible between Spain and the Netherlands, despite different legislations and land register systems. The pilot focuses on mutual recognition of different legislation, splitting it into contract law and property law. The use of IT technologies and a ring of trusted registrars ensures simplicity, security, and authenticity in the process.
