  4. Early Learning Listening Sessions • Christy Lieuallen, United Way of Walla Walla County

  5. Social Determinant of Health Priority Selection • Early Learning and reducing barriers to accessing housing and healthcare (including behavioral health). • Family advocate - someone to help navigate the complicated system for families

  6. Updated LHIN Contract • New • 2018 Use of funding report • SDoH Priority list • Share membership rosters and attendance • Meetings open to public and advertised • Obtain or utilize exiting tech for conferencing • ID and review resources in community that strengthen health care deliver system • ID healthcare workforce needs • Share with GCACH about local events, programs, training • In person report of current, past, and future LHIN activities

  7. Training Policy • $5,000 to attend training, seminars, or conferences or bring a trainer to the community • Must submit request at least 1.5 months in advance • Should benefit GCACH’s goals, local LHIN goals, and create long-term value

  8. Sponsorship Policy • Event sponsorship for organizations not currently receiving Medicaid Demonstration dollars from GCACH • Requests should be between $500 and $5,000 and cannot be the only source of funding for the event
