Methodology • Salary information and property tax revenue data was collected through online town reports, emails, and phone calls to town clerks • Road and population data was collected from state databases • For towns with separate town clerk and treasurer positions, salaries were combined to create comparisons with Strafford

Conclusions • Strafford’s administrative salaries are slightly higher when compared to property tax revenue • Assistant Town Clerk/Treasurer salary is higher with regard to hours open per week and property tax revenue • Town Clerk/Treasurer salary appears in line with towns with similar property tax revenues • Road Crew salaries largely follow predictions with regard to road classification
