Healthy Wisconsin Leadership Institute The Healthy Wisconsin Leadership Institute is a continuing education and training resource supported jointly by the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health’s Wisconsin Partnership Program and the Medical College of Wisconsin’s Advancing a Healthier Wisconsin.
Community Teams Program What is it? Continuing education and training for teams who want to build collaborative leadership and public health skills as they mobilize to identify and solve public health problems
Community Teams Learning Content • Building and maintaining strong partnerships • Policy, environmental and systems approaches (social ecological model) • Evidence-based public health • Project planning, implementation and evaluation • Communicating public health messages • Inclusiveness • Grantsmanship • Sustainability
