Step 1: StrategyCompetence Based Learning Campus-wide innovation project 2003-2007 ( HOF ) Objectives: • Introduction of Competence Based Learning and evidence-based assessment • Flexibility in learning routes • Closer collaboration with Professional Field of Action ( One of the) decision(s): campus-wideimplementation of the HAN ePortfolio

  7. Step 2:Implementation of ePortfolio( Project HIP 2004-2008) Aims of the project • September 2005: all bachelor students (cohort 2005) should have a portfolio (could be a paper-based one) • September 2008: all 27,000 bachelor students should use the HAN ePortfolio system.
