WOSM is dedicated to enhancing Scouting across the world, with 40 million members in 223 countries and territories. Through the World Scout Conference and Committee, top leaders collaborate every 3 years. The World Scout Bureau, based in Kuala Lumpur, manages regional offices in Africa, Arab, Asia-Pacific, Eurasia, European, and Interamerican regions. Financially supported by membership fees, endowment, and various revenue sources, WOSM continues to bring better Scouting to youth and adults worldwide.
