11. Reduction Policy Reduction Policy TERMS OF PAYMENT TERMS OF PAYMENT •All Registration fee of ₹ 30,000/- by bank transfer/ cheque/ demand draft drawn in favor of “Paras Holidays Pvt. Ltd.” •The Registration amount is Non Refundable & Non adjustable. •Passengers traveling in UK Scotland group tour have to pay ₹ 30,000 as booking amount. •Client have to pay ₹ 30,000/- as a 2nd installment with UK Visa documents, within one week of after booking. NOTE NOTE •In case of booking/registration is done within 45 days before departure, the full INR amount needs to be paid at the time of registration only. Booking will be auto released without any prior notice if the balance payments are not made as per above payment schedule. •Granting of Visa is entirely at the discretion of the Embassy/Consulate and has no bearing on the above payment schedule. •Foreign Exchange will be accepted as per RBI Guidelines in this respect.

12. DOCUMENTATION DEADLINE DOCUMENTATION DEADLINE •All documents for Visa processing need to be submitted within 5 days from the date of registration. If any client fails to submit his docs on time for visa procession so it may cause the delay of Visa/Travel and for same Paras Holidays will be not responsible. •If the booking date is within 45 days of departure then documents need to be submitted within 48 hours of registration. •2 Sets of documents require for 15 days Group Tour, and 1 set of documents require for 11 Days, 8 Days and 7 Days. ₹500 extra for the photocopy of Visa document preparation if only 01 set will be given for 2 visas. CANCELLATION CHARGES CANCELLATION CHARGES Cancellation charges will apply for Cancellation of tour or for non-payment of tour price as per the payment schedule provided above or for non- submission of documents as per documentation deadline as stated, which will be treated as tour cancellation. 2nd installment 30,000 should be made within a week time after booking, In case you did not pay the amount on time, Company reserves the right to cancel the tour & paid amount will be non-refundable and not adjustable. In case due to any reason Cancellation amount will charge then GST will be charge extra. If UK Visa is denied then ₹30,000 per person cancellation amount will be non-refundable and balance amount will be refunded only. If After confirmation of UK Visa if Client cancels the tour due to any reason then entire Indian Rupees component of the tour is not refundable and we

13. are constrained to levy the following cancellation charges per person. If circumstance forces you to cancel the tour, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing. As per the booking conditions of the tour, we are constrained to levy the following cancellation charges per person. Granting of Visa is entirely at the discretion of Embassy/Consulate. •In case the passengers cancel his trip during the tour, no refund is possible. The passenger has to make own arrangements for the return journey. The air tickets are issued for group travel and are non-refundable and non- endorsable. UNDER UNDERTAKING TAKING For package tour to Europe Group Tour booked through M/s Paras Holidays Pvt. Ltd •In Furtherance to the Group Package Tour Service Contract signed by me. I hereby undertake as under. •That I will not dispute at any point of time if my VISA so applied is rejected on any grounds, whatsoever, because I understand that granting of the VISA is the prerogative and discretion of the Embassy concern. •That VISA is granted upon prior verification of my profile and not upon the profile of Paras Holidays. Therefore I will cooperate with concerned Embassy officials to meet all formalities required for the same. •That I understand, I bought a budget package, traveling in a group, touring on a bus. There are probabilities that technical faults may occur like, flat tyres, faulty air condition or major/minor breakdown, or any other unpredicted reasons for breakdown. Replacement of a bus many cause certain delays. •I know that in case I have not opted for certain tour attraction then I will not be entitled for any transfers and I will spend time on my own. This means I will be free from the group to spend time on my own. I will arrange transfer services on my own costs to reach next point of joining the tour group, for instance like visiting dinner venue. I also know that there will be no reimbursement of cost for transfers arranged by me. •I am also aware that all travel is by bus/coach •Hotel in Europe are small in Size. Rooms are also smaller in comparison to any other parts of the world. Hotel location would be suburb (out of city) .

16. •That I will not dispute for production of any documents required for the verification purpose in connection with the tour. •That I will not indulge in any kind of arguments with the Tour Leader and follow his instruction for my safety and well being. Further I will strictly follow the time schedules provided by the Tour Leader and will reach 5 minutes before the stipulated time at all venues as informed. Also I understand that tour Leader has no power to provide with extra facilities or services. •That even if I purchase or shop anything upon advice of Tour Leader, he cannot be held liable for any deficiency as the transaction is between me and the shop keeper. Further, on getting late in shopping, I will bear the cost and consequences of reaching back to hotels or relevant place of meeting. •I am aware that my package being a budgeted one, therefore all travel will by bus/Coach and its size or seating capacity depends upon the group strength/size. •The itinerary printed in the brochure could be tentative & for reference only and it could be change or alter without any prior notice. •That I am going to this tour upon full satisfaction of my physical and mental fitness. Any medical consequence arising during the tour, the company will not be held responsible. I will be liable for any breathing problem at high altitude visits. •If any change is required in timing of services mentioned in the service voucher same can be altered at the discretion of tour leader, depending upon the circumstances. The motive is to fulfill all the obligations mentioned in the service voucher. •In Europe daily driving period shall not exceed 9 hours with an exemption of twice a week when it can be extended to 10 hours. You are not allotted seat number as a seat rotation system is followed. You must follow the instructions of the tour manager in this regard. •In group tour, daily breakfast will be continental packed lunch is not allowed to eat in coach or restaurant.
