  2. Scamper Model • Starting with a simple fairy tale – “the three little pigs”. • Substitute one of the characters in the story.

  3. sCamper Model • Modify your new storybyCombining an aspect from another famous fairy tale.

  4. scAmper Model • Now adapt part of the story to fit the new characters. How might the wolf have changed his plan of attack if: • He’d had a cold and couldn’t huff and puff? • The brick house had no chimney? • If it was no longer a wolf what could he do instead of huff and puff?

  5. scaMper Model • Modify/Magnify or minimize. • Retell the story so that a concept from the story is emphasised or minimised • Wolf stays persistent in getting into the houses, until he finally does get in. • Wolf learns his lesson and becomes friends with the pigs. • How could the story have changed if the pigs had been stronger than the wolf and didn’t put up with being victimised? • What could be modified to change the concept or plot?

  6. scamPer Model • Now your story is nearly complete, Put it to another usee.g. by being a tool to teach children about a life lesson. To do this you might need to add more characters or change the plot.

  7. scampEr Model • Eliminate some of the characters or events to fit your direction

  8. scampeR Model • Rearrange the sequence of events to make the most interesting unique story. Now share your new story with everyone else.
