Caleb, one of the twelve spies, Num. 13:30, “Let us go up at once and take possession, for we are well able to overcome it."

Jos. 1:5; Heb. 13:5. • III. He knew they were not alone. Num. 14:8, "If the LORD delights in us, then He will bring us into this land and give it to us.” Josh. 1:5; Heb. 13:5.

Núm. 14:4, 10. • Caleb did not “vote” with the majority. Eph. 2:2; 2 Tim. 4:16; 1 Pet. 4:4. The “majority” wanted to stone him and return to Egypt. Num. 14:4, 10.

Although old (85) he was determined. He did not say, “I am tired, I want to retire.” He sought new conquests, new horizons.

No significa “tomarlo por mí” sino dame el privilegio de conquistarlo. • VII. “Give me this mountain” (mountainous region, Hebron). Did not mean “take it for me,” but rather give me the privilege of conquering it.

La “iglesia de Cristo” es la religión del “Monte Calvario”. • The members who seek an “easy religion” are in the wrong church. The “church of Christ” is the religion of “Mount Calvario”.
