Organic - To use this term, products should be at least 95 percent organic. Products made of 70 percent organic ingredients may be labeled as "made with organic ingredients", but may not use the seal. Foods containing less than 70 percent organic ingredients cannot bear the seal or the word "organic" on their labels. However organic items can be included in their ingredient list.
