Proposed Program Changes • Local Government Energy Audits:Starting on January 1, make incentives available only to schools interested in initiating an ESIP program • Direct Install: Continue with the DI program for small businesses but increase focus on small schools and municipalities • C&I Retrofit and New Construction: Reevaluate technologies that receive incentives • Lighting: T12 and incandescent phase out • Premium Efficiency Motors

Proposed Program Changes • Small CHP: Reduce overall incentive cap to $1 million from $2 million. • All incentive levels remain the same • Pay for Performance bonus incentive ($.25/watt) is not limited by the cap – the total maximum with the bonus incentive is $1,250,000 • Pay for Performance – no recommended changes • Programs recommended for temporary suspension • Large Energy Users Pilot • Pay for Performance New Construction • Current participants of these programs will be able to continue participation but no new applications will be accepted.
