Working in human resources her function has also encompasses organization design and development recruitment, training and development, performance management and health and safety. Lori has been a part time faculty member at Sheridan Institute of Technology and Advance Learning where she taught human resources and health and safety Lori is currently a member of the Leadership Development committee and has served as governor 2016-2018, lt. governor, area director, and on the District 4 board as Amelia Earhart Fellowship Committee co-chairman. For two biennia, Lori has been privileged to be the Z and Golden Z Clubs international committee chairman. 2012-2014, 2014-2016.
