Cougar CareImmunizations Illinois Register Department of Public Health Title 77 Immunization Code 695 requires • Tetanus Diphtheria • TD within the past 10 years is required • TDaP now available as a booster vaccine • Measles Mumps Rubella • A series of 2 is required if born after 1956 SIUE recommends all students consider • Meningitis (1 shot) • Hepatitis A (series of 2 shots) • Hepatitis B (series of 3 shots)
