What is On Track? • Survey of all school leavers in Victoria • Government and non-government providers • First survey conducted in 2003 • Follow-up referral service for those at risk • Helps schools monitor/improve programs • Longitudinal component • Special schools survey from 2009 • All conducted by telephone interview • Proxy interviews permitted
