  1. - Concentrated in Highly populated countries : Nigeria (8 m), and DRC (4m) • - Primary education • Access = almost 100% , with three countries now under 90% (BF, RCI, MLI) • Completion = 64%, with three countries under 45%, (BF, CAR, NIG) • GPI= 0.91, varying from 0.7 (Tchad, CAR) to 1.05 (SEN,MTA) • 15 countries standing above the regional average; Ghana, The Gambia, Senegal and Mauritania would have reach parity • children living in the poorest households would have 38.5% probability to complete primary (30% for girls) • - Secondary education • GER= 39% (12.6% in CAR to 87% in CV) • GPI = 0.7, varying from 0.41 in Chad to 1.15 in STP and 1.2 in CV • Girls from poorest rural household would have 11% probability to complete LS 20 millions children would be out of school in WCAR
