ITI Introduction • Currently ITI is a SME network organization; • Core business: IT projects; • Done through SME network of small companies and individuals; • They mostly work in Top 300 (dutch) environments; • Participants are top performers in their field and are selected through personal networks and co-optation.

  3. Service essentials • Business assumption: top-3000 companies face many of the same problems the top-300 have already solved, but don’t have the means to organize big and expensive projects, or ‘indulge’ in R&D; • Product assumption: 80% of the IT needs are generic and already solved, but are developed 100% from scratch by consulting firms, or these needs are poorly (< 60%) met by companies with their ready made products and services; • Business Concept1: Reshape proven technology and best practices of the Top 300 companies who are in the 3rd NN phase (Nolan and Norton) into customizable solutions for the Top 3000 who are into the 2nd NN phase; • Business Concept2: Reshape the customizable solutions into ready made solutions for the Top 3000 who are still into the 1st NN phase; • See next slide on the NN phases.

Example • Currently undertaking a Eur 3 mio project in the healthcare, which will result in > 25% cost savings compared to the current business model (pay back within 3 yrs), against a drastically improved quality; • Building a complete (IT) service offering for GP’s and other ‘first line’ healthcare providers by applying top-300 know-how on a regional level; • Strong co-operation with governmental bodies (e.g. NICTIZ), in order to apply ready available knowledge (standards), to ensure that the end-results can be adopted as (potential) national standards or best-practises and to ensure that the end-results meet the highest security and authentication requirements; • Major stakeholders: healthcare insurance companies.
