  2. What is an attachment? An attachment is where you attach a file to a email which you would like someone to read or just for them to see it and maybe for them to forward to someone else.

  3. Why attachments are useful? Attachment are useful because what ever you have attached they get it instantly. Also you can attach videos, pictures, documents and any other files you can think of.

  4. Click on the paper clip to attach a file

  5. Click on the browse button choose the file you want then write your message and then press the send button on the top left of email screen.

  6. Adding auto signature

  7. What is an auto signature? An auto signature is a signature that you can set to an email. This will be applied to all your out going email.

  8. Why are auto signatures useful? They are useful because if you have to send 100 emails and you have to put your signature on every single one you would get bored. But the auto signature will save you lots of time and effort.

  9. Go into options in the top right corner Go into messaging on the left hand side. Then find e-mail signature then type your name then press save

  10. Setting priorities

  11. How Setting Priorities are useful? Setting priorities is useful because if it is important it will come up in the other persons inbox marked as important.

  12. What are priorities? Priorities are something that you set to determine how important the email is.

  13. This is low importance This is high importance.

  14. Using folders

  15. Why are folder useful? Folders are useful because they help organise your inbox and put specific information, emails and different importance in them.
