15-1 Rush Valley • Proposed Determination Book was published August 10, 1973 • Five objections were filed • Next step: Work to publish an addendum to address outstanding issues and pursue a temporary decree on the water rights within this book area.
15-2 Grantsville • Proposed Determination Book was published November 1, 1985 • Contains over 1,000 water rights – twelve objections were filed • Addendum was published May 28, 1998 • Temporary Decree was issued March 5, 2001 • Next step: Include rights in a final decree for the Great Salt Lake Adjudication.
15-3 Erda / Lake Point • Proposed Determination Book was published December 22, 1989 • Containing nearly 900 rights - four objections were filed. • First Addendum was published May 18, 2005 - twelve objections were filed. • Second Addendum was published June 16, 2006 - two objections were filed • Next step: Work to address outstanding issues and pursue a temporary decree on the water rights within this book area.
15-4 Tooele City • Currently working to publish a Proposed Determination Book • Contains approximately 128 water rights • Fieldwork has mostly been completed • Approximately twenty Water User’s Claims still need to be completed • Should be published this Winter
