During autumn of 2002: UKeU undertook company-wide review and analysis to develop a coordinated risk management strategy. Process undertaken in accordance with the internal control requirements of the Combined Code on Corporate Governance (the ‘Turnbull Report’). October 2002: Risk Register was approved by the Board of UKeU on 24 October 2002, subject to quarterly updates by management.
