  11. 成果效益 • 藉由外籍學伴合作學習的方式，激發學生對英語學習的興趣。 • 透過英文網誌的撰寫與留言板互動，提升學生英語寫作與表達的能力。 • 利用即時視訊軟體，連結雙方學生進行面對面的互動交流，營造全英語口說環境，鼓勵學生開口說英文。
