LifeArray 2.0 Development Update October 29, 1999 Release Date • Clustering Viewer • k means clustering • 2 methods of visualizing results: • x, y coordinate system • color system • cluster viewer will have functionality found in other viewers such as highlighting by protein function and selection methods for creating gene groups.
