  1. FIVE SCIENTIFIC REASONS TO BE IN NATURE For some people, it can be hard to get into the spiritual divine part of nature. It just isn’t appealing for what they’re looking. However, nature can also be grounded, pun intended. There are many scientifically proven phenomenon that occurs when spending time in nature. Here are just a few: 1. Vitamin D Vitamin D promotes bone health and dental health. It is also known to reduce the risk of cancer, heart disease, stroke, and diabetes. It also increases blood flow by relaxing one's blood vessels. 2. Disconnecting from the Web It’s well known that continually looking at your phone or computer isn’t the most healthy habit. Many find it difficult to stop, or they will finish one and then get on the other. Forcing yourself into the woods where you have no option to be on either your phone or computer supports you in unwinding. 3. Resting your Brain Our brain uses around 20% of our energy, plus 5-10% more when we&#39;re focused on a task. When our mind is overworked, it will affect the rest of our body. Being clear-headed and cognizant is a significant advantage in life. A clear mind will boost your relationships, creativity, and career!

Breath is also super important to reduce the stress you experience. It can be the determining factor in the “fight or flight” response. An excellent breath can relax your whole body, and many good breaths can change your attitude. When in doubt, take a breath. THINGS TO DO BEFORE YOU MEDITATE 5. Getting Exercise Exercise is the key to living a long and healthy life. When exercising in a natural environment, you can access numbers 1-4 all at the same time.
