Listen to their words and if you catch yourself thinking about something else bring your focus back to them. Make sure not to beat yourself up. Negativity is the work of the brain. Forgive yourself and come back to the conversation. If you missed something ask if they can repeat it. This tool can change your relationships. These are some simple areas where you can change your life. If you adopt just one you’ll see grand results in your life. Take on all of them and it can transform your thoughts and beingness.
