THE POLITICAL CONTEXT Arm’s Length Body Review ‘Retained but substantially reformed’
WHAT THIS MEANS FOR US... • Our current Grant in Aid is £140 million • We need to be able to operate with a minimum of £42 million less (c30%) • We plan to do this through: • Staff reductions of £27 million, from a current spend of £100 million • Programme spend reductions of £15 million, from a current spend of £40 million • We need to have achieved this by 2014/15
