Balaam Prophet of God Messengers sent - reward offered Come and pronounce a curse on these people ! God said: “Thou shalt not go with them: thou shalt not curse the people: for they are blessed.” 22:12 Balak sent more messengers – greater rewards Num. 22:19 “Now therefore, I pray you, tarry ye also here this night, that I may know what the Lord will say unto me more.” “what else the Lord will speak to me”
"If the men come to call you, rise and go with them; but only the word which I speak to you-that you shall do.“ Num. 22:20
“Why are you beating me?” Balaam saw the angel !! Balaam wanted to go because he desired the money !
Balaam Went to Balak and tried 3 times to curse the people But each time God turned it into a Blessing Balak sent him away in Anger! Balaam went back to his home !
